Windflower Salon was founded in 2012 by Denise Roulst, who owns the salon and also works as its lead stylist. The salon describes itself as the only Aveda Concept Salon in Gresham.

The team is built around color and Aveda education. Kelly Smith leads color work and has been at the salon for more than two decades. Jessica Roediger, a stylist and salon ambassador, keeps the team up to date on Aveda. Anita Facchini is a licensed Aveda Educator.
