A burned 1,500-year-old cedar snag stands at the entry drive, and the lodge sits in Woodinville Wine Country, which the lodge describes as home to over 130 wineries and tasting rooms.

The spa is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, and all appointments are booked in advance by phone at 425-424-2900, by email, or online. Guests using the spa facilities are asked to arrive 45 minutes early, and guests going straight to a treatment about 5 minutes early. The minimum age for spa services is 13, and younger guests must be accompanied by a parent. Couples massages take place in dedicated rooms, and the spa offers custom facials that are tailored to each guest.

Facials range from a 60-minute Yon-Ka Hydrating and Clarifying Facial at $225 plus tax to a 120-minute MBR Top Shelf Facial at $850. Micro-needling is offered as a 90-minute facial for $400 plus tax or a series of three for $1,000. HydraFacial options run 30 minutes for $199, 60 minutes for $299 and 90 minutes for $425, and the spa describes HydraFacial as a newer non-laser resurfacing option. Facial enhancements such as hydrating oxygen, dermaplaning and LED can be added for $70 to $75.

Massage choices include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Lomi Lomi, Himalayan salt stone, Thai herbal ball and pregnancy massage, plus a Brazilian lymphatic drainage option. Standard 60-minute prices are set by day, with Friday to Sunday rates above Monday to Thursday rates. Add-ins include a head treatment, a coconut back scrub, a hot stone upgrade, a honey glaze foot cocoon, a candle hand massage and a CBD add-in with a choice of Vital Body CBD products. Body wraps are priced at 60 minutes and up, and Glo2 body treatments can be done on the back, arms or legs.

Barking Frog, the lodge's restaurant, serves seasonal menus with breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, and has a wine cellar of Northwest and global wines. The Herbfarm offers a nine-course, chef-curated dinner with wine pairings, and the Fireside Lounge serves local wines, spirits, craft beers and comfort food with live entertainment several nights a week. Valet parking is $20 for spa guests and diners.

The lodge uses upcycled materials, such as front doors made from old wine casks and 100-year-old Douglas fir timbers from the Port of Portland. Kitchens work with local farmers, fishermen and foragers.
