Every visit begins with a one-on-one complexion consultation that covers skin, concerns, lifestyle and goals, and consultations are offered before any skin treatment is booked. From there the team builds a customized plan that may include in-office treatments, medical-grade skincare, or both. Treatments are scheduled at a pace the client chooses once the plan is agreed. Concierge appointments are also available, where treatments are brought to the client.

Facials are listed from 30 to 75 minutes. The Clear Skin Facial Basic is 30 minutes at $125, the Signature Facial and Clear Skin Facial Advanced run 60 minutes at $125 and $175, the Skin Renewal Dermaplane Facial is 60 minutes at $149, and the Luxe Facial and Clear Skin HydroDiamond Facial run 75 minutes at $225 and $249. Add-ons such as aromatherapy steam, scalp massage, stem cell mask, LED therapy with hydrogel mask, dry brush exfoliation and peels are priced between $15 and $25 each.

Red light therapy sessions take about 15 minutes, starting with a medical-grade cleanse followed by 10 minutes of red light, and include Factor Five Stem Cell Skincare products. Other skin treatments include the Perfect Derma Peel, which the business says can improve clarity, tone and texture and soften fine lines, microneedling (a form of collagen induction therapy, mostly used on the face, neck and chest), radio frequency for mild to moderate laxity, PRP microneedling and intradermal PRP options, and the RDS No-Peel Peel, which is typically a series of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 7 to 10 days apart. Neurotoxin injections and Biofiller are also offered, and the team treats pigmentation concerns including melasma.

The Willow Circle membership costs $199 per month plus a one-time $149 activation fee, which the business says is waived during some events. It requires a 12-month commitment and monthly credits that must be used while active. Members receive 20 percent off neurotoxin treatments and skincare and 10 percent off facials and other treatments, and the business says the membership includes a free HydroDiamond Facial.
