Color appointments are built around each client. Partial and full custom color add brightness or dimension, with partial work placed on top or around the face and full work covering the whole head, and both include a toner. Women's haircuts are shaped to the individual and include a wash, blow dry and style. Every service includes a wash and style.

Extensions can add fullness, length or color. They are installed with the IBE method, which keeps the bead away from the scalp. Pricing depends on the client and is set during a customized consultation. Extensions are generally moved up every eight to ten weeks, and with proper at-home care the hair typically lasts about ten to twelve months. First-time extension clients receive a thorough consultation, a complimentary goodie bag, aftercare instructions, and custom color and blending.

Visits include small comforts: a complimentary beverage and snack bar, a monthly drink feature, and a table that attaches to the chair for a laptop, notebook or drink. Color appointments also come with a hot towel, a hand massage and a cooling jade stone eye mask. The studio does not double book clients. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
