Appointments run on set days: Tuesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Saturday, and Sunday. Before a first service, new clients can book a free 30-minute consultation on a separate day to talk through cost, upkeep, and whether a service suits their hair. The studio also offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The menu is grouped into add-ons, blonding, hair color, consultation, maintenance, and smoothing. Many services include a wash, toning, deep conditioning, a haircut, a style, and product recommendations, and the studio works with Oligo Professional, Bellami, and Amika products. Lighter services such as an express base color are kept to a short, specific scope, so clients know what is and is not included before they book.

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours before the appointment time, or half the service is charged to the card on file. A no-show is charged the full service total to the card on file.

Work is planned around each client, with the aim of beautiful color on healthy hair.
