The team looks at the condition of the hair, the client's lifestyle and what they want to achieve before any service is planned. New clients can book a $25 new client consultation, and there are separate $25 consultations for color, K-Tips, Microlinks and Tape-Ins. Virtual consultations are offered only to clients who live out of state.

The core of the menu is silk press styling, which can be booked alone or combined with a trim, a cut, or a hydration, protein, Olaplex or aloe treatment. Steam treatments and treatment packages (the Revival, Infusion, Total Strength and Ultimate Reconstruction packages) can be added to services, with trim and cut versions priced separately. Other offerings include Loc Retwists, braid downs and a Black Dye add-on.

Color work covers root retouches, black permanent and demi-permanent color, highlights, balayage, blonde sessions, peek-a-boo color, skunk patches and color correction. Balayage, highlights, blonde sessions and color correction are booked by request. The studio also installs extensions, including K-Tips, Microlinks, Sew-Ins, Tape-Ins and clip-ins, and sells raw hair products such as clip-ins, bundles, closures and frontals.

Two hands-on classes are available: a one-on-one silk press class and a one-on-one Microlink master class. The studio takes contact form inquiries, which it answers within 24 to 48 hours. Phone and email details are listed on the booking site, and e-gift cards from $25 to $800 can be used online or toward services and never expire.
