Manicure and pedicure services come in three tiers: a standard service, a Dewy service, and a longer Something Special service, with a Tiny Ten option for a quick visit. The standard manicure runs about 40 minutes and covers trim, shaping, cuticle care, a massage and regular polish, and the standard pedicure runs about 45 minutes with the same steps plus callus attention. The Dewy services add a soak, a sugar scrub and a longer massage, and the Something Special services add a mask and an extended massage in a visit of about an hour and ten minutes. Gel polish can be added to any manicure or pedicure tier for an additional charge, and gel removal is not included in the standard tiers.

For longer wear, the salon offers artificial enhancements including structure gel, polygel and gel extensions, along with dip manicures and rebalances for nails that have grown out. Rebalances address uneven thickness, stress points and overall shape, and they are suggested when nails have grown out significantly or when a client is changing shapes. Enhancements are offered to clients 16 and older.

Nail art ranges from chrome and French manicures to ombré finishes and simple, moderate and advanced designs. Clients can email inspiration photos before a visit, and the salon notes that the extra planning time helps the result. Removals and repairs are also available for gel polish, dip powder, poly gel, acrylic, Gel-X and standard polish.

Group bookings are available for events such as bridal showers and birthday parties. The host keeps a credit card on file, and the group completes a Group Booking Form that is emailed to the salon. The salon says group bookings are set up to suit the group. Gift cards can be bought through the online booking platform.
