The salon's starting point is that healthy hair depends on a healthy scalp. That idea runs through the menu, from a Kids Head Spa for children 12 and under and a Mens Head Spa to the Signature Head Spa, a Scalp Reset Head Spa, and the Signature Refresh Experience, which pairs a head spa with a haircut, deep conditioning and a blow dry and style. Scalp-focused options also include a Dandruff Treatment and a Hair Restoration Therapy program, which is offered as four sessions every two weeks followed by maintenance visits every four to six weeks.

Color and cutting make up the rest of the menu. Options range from gloss refreshes and root touch-ups to all-over color, highlights, balayage, vivid color and color correction. Haircuts for women and children, bangs cuts, wash and style appointments, and updos for events are also available, along with wedding day styling, which is priced according to the look and time needed.

Booking details are set out clearly. Deposits are collected when booking, and the salon offers Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person appointments from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. Cancellations or reschedules requested 48 or more hours ahead are free; later changes carry a 30% charge, and same-day changes and no-shows are charged the full service cost. Clients may reschedule up to three times before a fee applies. Monthly memberships cover recurring services, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or for a custom value, with gift card sales final.
