Visits are by appointment, and the studio confirms each booking by email or text 48 hours ahead. On arrival, clients text the studio number; if a service-in-progress sign is on the door, they wait in their car or in the outdoor seating. Gratuity is included in all pricing. Clients should share any skin conditions, allergies, medical concerns or medications beforehand, since a service may be refused if there are contraindications.

Facials range from a 45-minute dermaplaning session to a 90-minute spa visit that adds a botanical foot soak and tea. Enhancements such as facial cupping, Kansa wand massage, buccal massage and palo santo can be added to any of them. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; later changes incur half the service charge, and no-shows are charged in full. Service refunds are not offered, and any concerns are addressed during or right after the appointment.

Products are small batch and sustainably packaged, and often made in America. The studio favors non-toxic, acne-safe formulas with a focus on organic ingredients. Opened products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused or gently tried, and unopened ones within 14 days with a receipt. Gift certificates are non-refundable, must be redeemed within one year, and apply only to services.
