Nest Medical Spa is a locally owned practice founded by a physician, opened in downtown Granville. Every treatment is selected, delivered and overseen by a physician, and the team takes a conservative approach to treatment selection with safety as the first consideration.

Every new patient starts with a personalized consultation, and there is no obligation to go ahead with any treatment afterward. Pricing for most treatments is discussed at that consultation rather than posted online, though a few price ranges are listed on the service menu.

Nest offers several skin rejuvenation treatments. HydraFacial is a medical-grade facial that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. Microneedling can be done with or without platelet-rich plasma and targets texture, tone, scars and fine lines. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, performed with the Tetra Pro CoolPeel Deka, is booked only after a consultation. XERF, a non-surgical monopolar radiofrequency treatment for lifting and tightening, is available in Columbus and across Central Ohio. According to the salon, the device has FDA clearance and is the sole monopolar dual-frequency radiofrequency system in the region. XERF consultations carry a $100 booking deposit; it is non-refundable but can be applied to a later XERF treatment at Nest.

Wrinkle relaxation services include neuromodulator injections for dynamic wrinkles and for underarm sweating, priced by the number of units needed, and hyaluronic acid lip filler, offered by consultation only. Hair regeneration therapies combine microneedling, PRP, LED light and regenerative exosomes for thinning hair.

The Nest Signature Membership costs $99 per month and adds a $99 monthly credit to a Nest wallet that can be used toward any treatment or service. Credits roll over and accumulate. Members also receive 10% off skincare products, access to member events and promotions, and early access to new treatments. The spa exclusively offers the Lumidor Korean skincare line and partners with internationally recognized skincare brands. Private special events for groups can include facials, robes, brunch and light bites.
