The menu is built around color, with balayage in partial and full versions, foil highlights, root touch-ups, toners and vivid color services. Vivid color with lightening requires a consultation first, and that color service is done in the shop. Cuts, blowdries, perms and a protein-based haircut round out the hair menu, and Bellami hair extension installs are offered with a consultation beforehand.

Waxing is available for the lip, chin, eyebrows and full face. Gift cards come in set amounts of 50, 75, 100 and 200 dollars or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Booking policies: a 75 percent fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment. Refunds are not offered, but clients with a service concern are asked to contact the stylist so it can be resolved. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Monday 3 PM to 9 PM, Tuesday 2 PM to 9 PM, Thursday 2 PM to 9 PM and Friday 11 AM to 5 PM. The business is closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
