Sustainability is built into how the salon runs. It is a certified Green Circle Salon, recycles hair, color and foils that would otherwise go to landfill, recycles used containers, donates to not-for-profit organizations and takes part in Aveda Earth Month each year. A $2 eco fee on visits supports the salon's partnership with Green Circle Salons.
A visit often begins before the appointment itself. Booking requests include a questionnaire about hair length, texture, current color and goals, and an online matchmaking quiz can pair a client with a stylist. Listed prices are starting points. Hair color is priced on a parts-plus-labor basis, so clients pay for the product used. Texture treatments require a consultation before booking, and the final cost is set at that consultation. Corrective color and hair extensions are also handled by consultation, and a complimentary consultation is offered for each.
Services include cutting, hair color with highlights and balayage, Olaplex treatments and repair treatments, make-up, texture services such as Brazilian Blowout and permanent waving, and SoCap hair extensions made from 100% human hair. Gift cards can be ordered online. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, and free parking is available in the Bainbridge Plaza lot. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
