Facial menu runs from a 15-minute express facial and a 10-minute high frequency add-on up to a 75-minute glow facial with dermaplaning. New clients can book a 60-minute first-time facial that includes a skin consultation. Other facials target acne, sensitive or reactive skin, back breakouts and clogged pores, lifting and sculpting, and teen and kids skin. Brow, lash, makeup, and waxing services are also on the menu, along with bridal options and multi-visit packages that the studio says save money compared with booking services separately.
Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-call no-shows, and clients arriving 15 or more minutes late are charged 75% of the service total. Many services take a deposit at booking, ranging from $5 to $75. Booking authorizes charges to the card on file, and fees are non-refundable. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service they already have credit for.
Mobile appointments are offered in the client's home for facials, brows, makeup and select waxing. These carry a $25 mobile service fee and a $100 minimum service total, within a limited service area. Locations 15 or more miles away add a travel fee of $40 to $50. Clients are asked to have a clean, comfortable space ready for setup. Appointments before 8 AM carry an early morning fee of $25 to $50, depending on the boundary the client chooses.
She customizes each service to the client and is candid about what the client's skin needs, without pushing treatments or products.
