Brow services are the core of the menu. Options range from a simple trim or wax to tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination, which sets brows in place for about six to eight weeks. The lamination with wax and tint comes with a take-home care kit that includes oil, a spoolie, a mini brow gel and a care card.

Facials run from a short mini version to a basic facial with steam, massage and extractions when needed, and an extended facial that adds high frequency light therapy. There is also a facial for the back, a vajacial that is usually booked alongside a Brazilian wax, and a three-step chemical peel series spaced at least four weeks apart, with a discounted package price.

Lash services include a lash lift with tint and a lash tint add-on, with the tint lasting at least four to six weeks. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, chest, stomach, back and intimate areas. Some appointments need hair of a set length: half-leg and half-arm waxes need roughly a grain of rice in length, bikini and French bikini waxes need at least two weeks of growth, and neck and butt cheek waxes need two to three weeks.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Deposits are required for some services, such as new-client bikini waxes and the peel package. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.

Uses vegan dye for brow and lash tinting and a vegan hyaluronic acid under-eye mask.

The treatment room is decorated in pink and arranged to feel comfortable and relaxed.
