The studio is owned and operated by Lesley Gurrola, a licensed esthetician who has been waxing since 2012 and specializes in Brazilian waxes. Brow and lash services are part of the same studio, so one visit can cover waxing along with brow or lash work.

Brow services include a brow tint, a brow wax, a brow and lip combo, and brow lamination, a chemical process that shapes the brows and includes waxing and tinting; the site says results last up to 6 to 8 weeks. Lash services include a lash tint and a lash lift that lifts and tints natural lashes, lasting up to 6 to 8 weeks, plus a combined lash lift and brow lamination.

Permanent jewelry is offered as individual or group appointments, and the studio will also come to parties held outside the studio. Custom permanent necklaces need a consultation before the appointment, and initial charms for bracelets are ordered ahead of time. Permanent bracelets are offered for children as well.

The owner describes her goal as helping clients feel confident and having a comfortable waxing experience.
