Every facial starts with a consultation, which is included in the treatment price, so no separate consultation booking is needed. During that visit Emily talks through skin concerns and goals and works out a personalized plan. Facial options run from a 45-minute Teen Facial for managing breakouts and building skin care habits, to Made For Me Custom Facials in 60, 75 or 90-minute versions tailored to each client's skin. Made For Me facials include aromatherapy, a double cleanse, extractions when needed, a mask, hot towels and a massage of the face, neck and shoulders, and the 90-minute version offers add-ons such as high frequency, gua sha facial massage or a jelly mask. The studio recommends repeating these facials every four to six weeks.

Other facial choices include a Fruit Enzyme Peel Facial with enzymes customized to the skin and honey, an Advanced Exfoliation Microdermabrasion Facial, and a 30-minute Glow Fairy Express mini facial focused on exfoliation or hydration.

Chemical peels are offered in glycolic acid, lactic acid, and a salicylic and mandelic acid blend that is presented as a gentler option for sensitive skin. Clients are asked to avoid exfoliating or using retinol or tretinoin for at least 48 to 72 hours before a glycolic peel.

Brow and lash services, a range of waxing options and a one-hour back treatment round out the menu. Recommended products can be bought through the website shop, which ships them, and eGift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.

Plans each client's skin care and home routine at the consultation that opens every facial, with treatments adjusted to skin type and concerns.
