Shauna Olivia owns the studio and also works as one of its waxers. Appointments are booked online and the studio is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, though hours can change, so clients should check for openings. For questions or last-minute openings, clients text 651-243-0241, as the studio does not answer phone calls. There is no reception desk: clients wait on a couch on arrival and are then taken to a private treatment room, where 2000s music plays during waxes.

The studio uses oil rather than powder and mainly a soft, hypoallergenic wax made without beeswax or rosin, switching to hard wax on request or when needed. Every Brazilian and bikini wax includes a survivor kit with post-wax antibacterial serum and cooling gel, and clients receive complimentary antibacterial ointment, cooling gel and adult stickers after body waxes. Surfaces are disinfected between Brazilian and body clients, and disposable paper covers the treatment table, which has a 500 lb weight limit.

A full Brazilian can leave a strip, triangle or square of hair, or remove all of it, and can include the back on request. Brows, full legs and arms are not offered. Clients can ask for Penicillin numbing cream, applied 45 minutes before the appointment and covered with Suran wrap, and Agent 88 Ingrown Serum is applied to the skin after waxing. The studio says smooth results usually take about four to six consistent sessions.

Before a visit, hair should be at least three weeks past a shave or Nair use, and clients should avoid swimming, tanning and working out for 48 hours afterward. A five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; beyond that, the appointment is rescheduled or changed. Clients who have a period can be waxed with a fresh tampon or menstrual cup in place. For a male Brazilian, the service ends immediately if ejaculation occurs. Sales are final with no refunds, and the cancellation policy applies to prepaid services. The studio says it has waxed more than 5,000 people.

Waxing follows the direction of hair growth at an unhurried pace, and techniques and positioning are adjusted for different body types and mobility needs, with clients able to text ahead to talk through their needs. The studio says it treats every client with dignity and respect, regardless of gender or body type.

Private treatment rooms and 2000s music during waxes give the studio a low-key, upbeat setting.
