The Skin Fairy operates from a suite inside Birchwood Integrative Care Clinic in Eagan's Scott Trail Business Center, close to Cliff Road. The studio focuses on facial treatments and microneedling, with services led by its esthetician, Olivia.

The Skin Fairy Signature Facial is the starting point the business recommends for a first visit, since it gives the esthetician time to learn the client's skin. The appointment begins with a skin analysis and a double cleanse, followed by exfoliation and a customized mask. While the mask sets, the client receives a neck and shoulder or hand and arm massage. Serums, moisturizer, SPF and lip care finish the facial.

Beyond the signature facial, the menu includes microdermabrasion, which removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells, and a version that adds a customized mini peel aimed at fine lines, uneven texture and mild hyperpigmentation. Dermaplaning combined with a calming, anti-inflammatory mask is offered for removing dead skin cells and fine vellus hair. A peptide firming mask and an oxygen facial that delivers a controlled amount of oxygen to the skin round out the facial options. The business describes the oxygen facial as suitable for all skin types.

Microneedling is done with a CIT (Collagen Induction Therapy) pen that creates micro-channels, with stem cells, growth factors and hyaluronic acid applied to the skin. Each session also includes LED light therapy and a take-home hyaluronic sheet mask.
