Wild Rose Studio works by reservation only, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and the studio is call-free: guests reach it by text at 978-404-8051 or by email, and inquiries are answered during business hours. The studio sits across from Stachey's Pizza and is calm and fragrance-free.

The salon focuses on natural hair and describes its approach as preservation-first, aiming for longevity rather than immediate impact, with natural, holistic haircare and sustainable practices. Its work covers scalp-safe and natural-hair-focused extensions, and color and texture enhancement achieved through extensions. Services are designed for hair patterns from straight-wavy to tight coils, especially for guests who mostly wear their hair without heat, and straight hair is also served with a focus on enhancing its natural pattern.

A new guest begins with an inquiry, then receives a personalized plan, a transformation appointment and a recommended maintenance schedule. Services are all-inclusive, so guests can combine a cut, extensions and a hard water or rebuilding treatment for one price at booking. The blow-dry is part of every service and cannot be removed to lower the price. Guests are asked to arrive with natural, clean, dry, product-free hair, without blow-dried straight hair, braids, buns or ponytails. Energy healing is optional and can be added to a visit. Each artist works with one guest at a time, since appointments are never double booked.

Booking requires a credit card, stored encrypted through the booking software. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and later changes forfeit the scheduled services fee, with a non-refundable 50% deposit toward the next appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling and forfeiting the services, and guests who do not show up cannot rebook. The salon accepts debit or credit cards and cash, but keeps no cash on site, so cash payers must bring the exact amount.
