The brow menu includes shaping, tinting, and brow lamination, which uses a chemical process to set the brow hairs in a uniform direction for a result that can last several weeks. A hybrid tint option is offered with lamination; the studio describes it as a long-lasting stain that gives the hairs more depth. Policies are firm. Deposits are required for many services and are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, or the full service price is charged. Late arrivals do not get extra time; a grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed, and clients who arrive later may be turned away and charged up to the full service price. Retail products and packages are final sale. Payments are taken through the booking platform.
