Services are grouped into body, brows, consultations, facials, lashes, memberships, packages, skin care and waxing. A free 15-minute consultation is available in person or virtually, and a consultation can be paired with a same-day treatment when the client is ready. Hours are Monday 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM, with Tuesday and Wednesday closed.

Several treatments are sold as multi-visit plans. Microneedling comes in series of four or six sessions, a Powerhouse Package combines microneedling, a chemical peel and a dermaplaning facial over three visits, and a facial bundle offers six custom facials for the price of five. The Green Sea Peel is offered as a resurfacing option that uses spicule technology in place of microneedling.

Treatment plans are built around each client's needs, with an emphasis on ethical practice and personalized care.
