Appointments are organized around how lash extensions wear. Mini fills are for up to seven days after a previous service, when about 70 percent of lashes remain. Standard fills cover a two to three week window, and a full set is needed after 21 days or once fewer than 40 percent of lashes remain. Removal is offered separately, and it works by breaking down the adhesive bond.
New clients who already wear extensions from another artist can book a New Client Fill, which is longer than a standard fill. Anyone new to extensions can book a patch test a few days before a full set to check for an allergy to the lash glue. Color lashes are available in red, blue, purple, pink, white, yellow and green, and can be added to a set.
The business asks for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service, changes within 24 hours are charged the full service, and no-shows are charged the full appointment. Fees go to the card on file.
Sets range from simple, natural-looking classic styles to dense mega volume looks, with the fan count for each style listed on the service menu.
