The studio's approach looks at the whole person, including stress and how a client sees themselves, and aims to move past mainstream marketing trends. Staff are called therapists. Each visit can include adjustments made during the session and take-home tips, and the studio offers homecare recommendations with no product pressure. Homecare products are sold online. The studio describes itself as the best skincare and brow studio in the neighborhood.
Facials range from a 35-minute Intro Facial for new clients to a 75-minute Custom Glow Facial, where extractions and masking or modalities are chosen from a skin analysis. The Deep Tissue Facial, formerly called Facial Focus: Massage and Flow, is massage-led and uses lymphatic draining, acupressure, gua sha, jade rolling and cupping, with minimal extractions. Advanced treatments include the KrX Green Sea Peel, the KrX Mela Defense Cold Peel, the No Downtime Peel and dermaplaning. The Mela Defense Cold Peel is an oil-based peel aimed at pigmentation, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and it requires home care prep. The No Downtime Peel needs no prep and involves minimal flaking.
The brow menu centers on sculpting: a custom mix of waxing and tweezing that trains and shapes growth along the natural brow line. Brow lamination gives fuller, smoother and more manageable brows; clients who are growing brows out, especially the tail, should book a first-time brow sculpt before lamination. Clients should stop active ingredients such as retinoids and benzoyl peroxide for one week before lamination. A tweeze-only sculpt is offered for clients using retinol, retin-A, Accutane or spironolactone, or who have had recent exfoliation or sun exposure. Lash lifts are a keratin-infused, four-step treatment that lift lashes and add volume. Lash lift timing is fixed, so on-time arrival is required. Brow lamination and lash lifts should be spaced six to eight weeks apart.
Visits begin with a consultation, and a health and medication intake form is required for every client. Booking requires a deposit for each service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice to avoid losing the deposit, and clients get one late-cancellation courtesy per year. Arriving about five minutes early is requested. Clients aged 12 to 18 need written parental or guardian permission before a first waxing or skincare service, and clients under 15 must have a parent or guardian present. Children under 10 are not permitted on appointment days.
