Several services need planning before the day. Full blonding and full balayage require a consultation and a deposit. Extension installation requires an in-person consultation and a deposit to schedule, and vivid or fantasy color requires a digital consultation for new clients. Formal styling asks clients to arrive with clean, dry hair that has not been flat-ironed, and it does not include washing. A bridal trial is available as a run-through of wedding hair.
Many color services include the same finishing steps. Balayage, blonding, babylight and highlight services commonly include a bonding treatment, a glaze, a K18 treatment and a finished style. Vivid work is done with a bond protector and color deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service cost. Payment methods are listed on the booking site.
The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
