It describes itself as a collective of artists and specialists dedicated to beauty services, with a team culture built around individuality, collaboration and client satisfaction.

The space is an open-concept studio with industrial-style brick accents and minimalist lighting. The team includes six other stylists, two makeup artists and support staff. Medical aesthetics, including anti-aging treatments, is offered on site through a partner, with the studio on the second floor.

Haircuts cover custom, layered, short, and bang or fringe styles, running from short to long lengths; pixie cuts are not offered. Color options include full or partial foiling, balayage with or without one process color, lived-in blonding, lived-in brunette color and color correction. Extension work starts with a required consultation, uses items bought through the salon's vendors, and requires a deposit. Blended methods are offered to certain clients as decided at consultation. Pricing may vary with hair length and thickness. A haircut includes a blowdry, while a color service does not.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, with Monday visits by appointment only. Children are not permitted. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a fee, 50 percent of the service total within 24 hours, and no-shows are charged the full total. Cancellation fees are $50 for a haircut, $100 for color and $210 for an extension service. Phone is 617-858-6256.
