Wild Hearts Salon opened in September 2021 and is owned by Shannon Mackey, a master colorist. The salon describes itself as a master of hair technique.

Services fall into two groups. Cut and dry includes women's haircuts and men's haircuts, which are offered by Amy Evenhouse and Kat Zerbst only. Add color covers gloss, color, highlights and balayage in partial or full versions, each paired with a blowout or a haircut, with prices from $100 to $310. Color corrections and vivid colors require an hour-long consultation before the service. Women's haircuts start at $85 and men's haircuts start at $40.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro or by calling the salon, and the salon is open seven days a week by appointment. Parking is available directly in front of the suite.

If a client is unhappy with a service, they can contact the salon within seven days for corrections at no charge. Cancellations may be charged at the stylist's discretion, so clients are asked to let the salon know as early as possible. Repeat cancellations lead to a surcharge on the next visit.

Color corrections and vivid colors begin with a consultation, and cuts and color are planned around each client.
