Let's Face It Makeup & Hair Studio is co-owned by Wil Strayhorn, who founded L.F.I Enterprises, the parent company for the studio's makeup services, makeup academy, pageantry services, bridal services and image coaching. The studio is at Holland Road in Virginia Beach, and the team also takes work on location across the Hampton Roads area.

Bridal work is the studio's most detailed offering. Packages range from makeup for the bride alone to full hair and makeup for the bride and party members, with separate pricing for younger girls and junior bridesmaids. Trial sessions are available for hair and for makeup, and a Bridal Preview consultation is offered as a trial run. Bridal makeup typically lasts up to eight hours, and the bride receives a touch-up kit. Pre-ceremony makeup usually takes about 60 to 75 minutes for the bride and 45 to 60 minutes for others. To hold a date, a non-refundable deposit and signed contract are needed; the balance is split with 30 percent due at booking and the remaining 70 percent due seven days before the event. Trial fees do not count toward the wedding-day minimum, and Saturday services between 8am and 3pm carry a $300 minimum package. Early starts before 8am are charged per hour, and a 25 percent fee applies on listed holiday weekends.

Makeup lessons are taught one-on-one or in a group, and students work on half their face alongside the artist. Three lessons are offered: Flawless Basics for about 1.5 hours at $125, Signature Glam for about 2.5 hours at $225, and the Ultimate Makeup Experience at $395, which runs about 3 to 3.5 hours and includes a one-hour shopping trip beforehand. Each student leaves with a list of products suited to their features and skin type.

Pageant assistance is booked through a separate page on the site. Prices exclude gratuity, tolls, valet, parking and special admission fees, which are added when the contract is signed. Travel fees generally do not apply within 20 miles of Virginia Beach when three or more services are booked.

Image coaching and personal branding are offered through L.F.I Coaching & Development, covering personal styling, executive presence and professional growth. Coaching follows the studio's P.O.I.S.E. Method.

Each look is shaped by the client's image, personal style and the occasion, and can range from natural to full glam.
