The menu centers on lash extensions. Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Natural Classic styles are offered as full sets, or as fills on a one-, two-, three- or four-week schedule. A Natural Classic set covers about 50 to 75 percent of natural lashes and is described as suitable for beginners. Lash removal is also offered, for clients who want their extensions taken off.

Payment and booking policies are clear. A 30% fee applies to appointments not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Each appointment is one-on-one and tailored to the client's natural look.
