Classic lash extensions attach one extension to each natural lash and are semi-permanent. The Natural Set gives the look of one to two coats of mascara and the Bold Set gives the look of three to four coats; both take about two hours to apply. The 3D Russian Volume sets use lightweight, soft lashes for a fuller look and take two to three hours. Listed prices are $160 to $275 for Natural sets, $160 to $310 for Bold sets and $250 to $500 for 3D Russian Volume sets, with Master Stylist pricing at the higher end of each range. Eyelash extension sets require no membership. Free consultations are offered, and every new set begins with a consultation covering length, curl and fullness.

Touch-ups are recommended at two to three weeks, when about half of the extensions remain. Options include Natural and Bold touch-ups at two or three weeks, and 3D-4D and 4D-6D Russian Volume touch-ups at two or three weeks, with listed durations from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the set.

Brow services include brow waxing with trimming and tweezing, brow tweezing, brow and lip waxing, and lip waxing. Facial waxing removes hair from the upper lip, chin, cheeks and jawline. Eyebrow tinting and Henna Brows are also offered. Henna Brows, listed at $95, take about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes; the brows are shaped, the henna is applied to skin and hair, and it is removed once dry. The salon uses premium-grade henna products free from harsh chemicals. According to the salon, the henna tint lasts up to two weeks on the skin and up to four to six weeks on the hair.

Skin care spa treatments include dermaplaning, an exfoliation that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair with a sterile tool. Airbrush tanning is also available. Spa treatments can be added to a lash visit or booked on their own. Appointments are booked through Vagaro and remain pending until the provider accepts them. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, and cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 50% fee of the booked appointment. Clients are asked to arrive on time, come without eye makeup, avoid caffeine before lash appointments, silence their phones, and come alone, as guests, children and pets are not allowed.
