All waxing uses a vegan, low-temperature hard wax. Because it grips the hair rather than the skin, the studio considers it gentler on sensitive areas. Appointments are one-on-one, and each visit includes education before and after the wax and aftercare advice. Clients who expect to be late are asked to send a text.

The menu covers Brazilian waxing from front to back, with the option of leaving a strip or triangle, plus bikini line, full bikini without the backside, and a Manzilian for men. Body waxing covers areas between the neck and the knee and can be booked individually or combined. Legs can be done in full or in half. Underarm waxing usually takes only a few minutes. Brow waxing begins with a consultation on the shape you want, then cleansing, waxing, light tweezing and a soothing product. Facial areas include lip, chin and sideburns, and a Hydrojelly Vajacial Mask is available as an add-on to a bikini or Brazilian wax. Men's waxing is also offered, and areas not on the menu can be added on request.

Clients unsure about hair length can request a virtual consultation by email. The studio suggests waxing about every four to six weeks, and advises letting hair grow about a quarter inch before a visit. It is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday until 8 PM, Thursday like Monday, Friday until 4 PM, and closed on weekends.
