In-office care covers a medically supervised weight loss program using semaglutide with GLP-1 therapy and lifestyle guidance, hormone testing with a comprehensive panel and a review of results, and custom IV infusions such as Myers' Cocktail, glutathione and magnesium. Other offerings include integrative care for autoimmune conditions such as Lyme, lupus, Hashimoto's and Crohn's, functional medicine evaluations that review lab data, nutrition and lifestyle, integrative women's health care for PCOS, menopause, chronic cystitis and BV, and physician-designed detox protocols with nutrition support. Lab testing is available in the office or at home, including gut microbiome, environmental assessments and food sensitivity panels.

Nishé Med Spa covers facials, peels, hair restoration, permanent makeup, facial lift treatments and laser hair removal. Facials run from a 30-minute event facial priced at $100 to one-hour options at $250, including a balancing facial, an acne facial and a prestige facial aimed at fine lines and loss of firmness. The IPEEL lifts are 25-minute peels at $130, the Vitalize Peel is a 45-minute option at $200, and the GTZ Peel is a 20-minute treatment at $220. Microneedling with PRF is a one-hour collagen treatment using the client's own growth factors, priced at $900, and Zaffiro is a one-hour non-invasive infrared treatment for skin tightening and acne reduction, priced at $1,100.

Two monthly memberships bundle recurring care. Glow Standard costs $165 per month for 12 months and includes one 80-minute facial each month plus 10% off other products and services. Skinfinity costs $399 per month for 12 months and includes two 80-minute facials monthly, an extra facial in the birthday month, unlimited laser hair removal for small areas such as underarms, chin, bikini sides, sideburns and upper lip, and 20% off other products and services.
