A visit typically begins with a consultation. For hair, the salon experience includes Aveda Rituals, the service itself, a styling lesson and recommendations for care at home. Clients who want a shorter service can book Express Spa treatments of 15 to 30 minutes, which can stand alone, be added to another spa service, or often be done while hair color is processing.

The skin care menu is broad. Facials come in 60- and 90-minute versions, and HydraFacial options include Clarifying, Deluxe and Platinum treatments, each sold singly or in 4, 6 or 12 session packages. HydraFacial can be extended to the neck and décolleté, hands, arms and back, and paired with LED light therapy for the face or back or with lymphatic therapy for the face, arms, legs, abdomen and back. Ultraceuticals facial treatments come in Ultra Facial and Ultra Performance versions, and the business notes that a series spaced at least two weeks apart is recommended for best results.

Several services are offered for men as well as women, including men's hair restoration. The Hairskeen hair system uses real human hair matched to a client's natural hair and is attached at the top of the head with adhesive; a private area can be reserved for applications on request. Brows, lashes and microblading are also available, with microblading offered as a consultation, a full service and a touch-up.

Booking policies: clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and a 50% deposit is required to reserve color, extension or keratin services. A missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice carries a 50% non-refundable fee charged to the card on file, and online cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund, so clients need to contact the front desk. Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
