Visits are by appointment only, and new clients must book online. Every facial starts with an in-person consultation and skin analysis and ends with home-care recommendations. New clients book a 90-minute New Client and Consultation facial, priced at $200, which is required before a Level 1 or Level 2 Glass Skin Treatment.
Level 1 Glass Skin Treatment is a 60-minute facial for $165 that includes scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage and a cream mask. A 90-minute version for $225 adds advanced modalities and hand masques. Level 2 is the more involved option: a 75-minute treatment starting at $220 that includes a PHA peel and Leaf Fusion Plasma, a 90-minute version at $285, and a 120-minute all-inclusive visit at $350.
The Mama to Be Facial is a Korean facial for expecting clients that uses pregnancy-safe products. It runs 60 minutes for $165, or 90 minutes with hand masques for $195. Add-ons include Ice Globe Therapy, High Frequency, Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber, Korean Hydro Jelly Mask, Advanced Korean Chemical Peel, LED Light Therapy and Dermaplaning, priced from $15 to $45.
The Beauty Bestie membership is $140 per month and includes one 60-minute Level 1 facial. It starts with a six-month initial term and then becomes month-to-month, cancellable with written notice. Members receive 10% off retail and add-ons and a free birthday add-on, and dues are charged every four weeks to the card on file.
Booking requires a credit card on file, and new clients pay a 25% non-refundable booking fee that is applied to the service cost. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of up to 50%. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Only the client and one guest may be in the spa, and pets are not permitted except service animals.
Treatments are built around an in-person skin analysis, with home-care recommendations customized to each client, and the studio works with K-beauty brands.
