The spa says it puts weight on relationships with clients, clinical expertise, and educating people about each procedure, and that its aim is to help clients feel more confident through high-quality aesthetic services. It also gives back to the Minnesota community through donations, supply drives and volunteering, and it states a goal of using business revenue to fund medical mission trips to people in need around the world.

A first visit usually begins with a free consultation for new clients. Treatment plans are shaped around each client's needs and goals, and clients can book a treatment planning tool for personalized recommendations. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork, and clients who have a pregnancy or breastfeeding question are asked to call before their first appointment, since many treatments are not recommended during those times. Walk-ins are not accepted, and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead or no-shows carry a $50 charge. Insurance is not accepted; payment is by cash, credit or Cherry financing. Clients may ask for a specific provider and may bring a friend if they let the spa know in advance.

Signature offerings include the Face Glow Up and Head to Toe Glow Up packages, which are spread over several months and combine injectables, laser and microneedling sessions, IPL, and a Jan Marini skincare kit. Membership plans can be used toward any service or product through a client's Uplift Wallet. The spa describes its Morpheus8 RF microneedling as a gold-standard treatment for skin rejuvenation. That treatment requires a consultation, involves 24 to 48 hours of downtime, usually takes at least three sessions, and results are said to last at least a year with maintenance. The spa also states that its team's combined nursing experience exceeds 30 years.

Treatment plans are built after getting to know each client's needs and goals, and injectables are performed by a team made up entirely of registered nurses. Clients can also book a treatment planning tool to receive personalized recommendations.
