Lash options range from classic sets, which place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look, to hybrid sets that mix classic and volume lashes, and volume sets built from 3D to 8D lashes for fullness. Half sets are also available. Test trials are offered for clients with sensitive eyes or a past reaction to lash adhesive. When a client is filled over another stylist's work, a foreign fill fee is added to the fill price, and foreign fills are not guaranteed.

Brow services include a semi-permanent tint that darkens and defines the brows, and a brow wax combined with tint. For shaping before tinting, the studio recommends a brow wax first. Waxing is also offered for lips, chin, sideburns and underarms, and removes unwanted hair along with dry, dead skin.

A $50 deposit is taken from first-time clients and from returning clients booking a new set, and it is applied to the service. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours of notice, and a 10-minute grace period applies after the appointment time. All sales are final. The studio guarantees its lash work and will provide a complimentary touch-up if lashes do not hold within the week of a set or fill. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks and require at least half of the extensions to remain; otherwise the visit is charged as a new set. Lashes should stay dry for the first three hours, should not be trimmed at home, and should be cleaned with an oil-free cleanser, a lash brush and water.
