The studio was founded by Vianney Esquivel, who trained at Paul Mitchell Esthetics School in a nine-month program. Before specializing in permanent makeup, she worked in medical esthetics, doing facials, body contouring and post-op care. A first permanent makeup class changed her focus toward permanent makeup and lash and brow work, and the studio's services grew from there.

The menu is grouped into brows, lashes, memberships and packages. Brow services include waxing with brow mapping and aftercare, dye in two options, lamination in four options, and brow permanent makeup. Lash services include extensions, fills that replace grown-out or shed extensions, two Korean lash lift options, and a semi-permanent lash tint.

Membership and package plans are built for ongoing maintenance. Lash Loyalty Babe includes two lash fills a month, while Low Maintenance Babe covers brow lamination, brow waxing, brow dye with a touch-up, a lash lift and a lash tint with a touch-up. The Mommy's Maintenance Package is described by the studio as made for busy moms. Membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the Services page.
