Lacey came to lash work after a career in advertising. The business describes itself as built on a drive for perfection and run with kindness and heart, which is the studio's own description of its atmosphere and standards.
Services range from classic and hybrid sets to volume sets, with refills in between. Clients are asked to book refills every two to three weeks, and a full new set may be needed after a longer gap. Appointments include a spoolie for brushing lashes back into place, and a lash cleanser is sold at the salon at the time of the visit. Add-on time is charged at $25 per 15 minutes.
The studio also offers customized eyelash extension training for licensed beauty professionals.
