Visits can start with a free 10-minute consultation if you are unsure which service to choose. Before a lash application, the team looks at each client's natural lashes, eye shape, lifestyle and the result they want, and lash services go ahead once the natural lashes are confirmed as suitable for treatment. Appointments are booked online, and most services require a deposit of between $10 and $50.

Lash extensions come in several styles. Classic sets apply one extension to each suitable natural lash for a mascara-like effect, Hybrid sets combine Classic extensions with lightweight volume fans, Volume sets use lightweight fans for fuller coverage, and Mega Volume sets use ultra-lightweight handmade fans. Refills are generally recommended every two to three weeks, depending on the natural lash cycle and at-home care. The business says its NovaLash adhesive is waterproof, oil-proof and sweat-proof, so clients can shower or exercise right after an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked service, while changes made at least 24 hours ahead avoid the fee. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay the full price, and holiday, special event or high-demand appointments may be charged in full if cancelled or missed. Gift cards are offered.
