Weston HCG Center opened in 2012 and brings weight loss programs together with aesthetic and medical services at one suite in Weston. The center says its aim is to offer FDA-approved aesthetic treatments using the latest medical technologies and equipment, and it reports five-star ratings on Yelp, Google and Facebook.

Weight loss is one of the center's main focuses. Its HCG diet program is supervised by Anna Sottile, M.D. and facilitated by founder Leda Di Meco. Enrollment starts with a physical exam, a full panel of blood tests (an additional $69), and a review of medical history, including current prescription medications. The program has a very low calorie plan built mostly on lean meat, vegetables and fruit, where only water, tea and coffee are allowed along with certain sugar substitutes. The active phase runs 21 to 45 days depending on the program, followed by a maintenance phase, with weekly in-office weigh-ins during the diet and for three weeks after. The center does not guarantee weight loss, since results depend on factors such as adherence and how the patient responds, and it notes that using HCG for obesity is not an FDA-approved use of the drug.

Body contouring is handled with CoolSculpting, a non-surgical treatment that uses cryolipolysis (fat freezing) and begins with a consultation to decide whether it suits the client, followed by a custom plan. The center says a session can be done in as little as one hour and that more than six million people worldwide have used the treatment. EMSCULPT uses HIFEM technology to build muscle and reduce fat. It is FDA-cleared for the abdomen and buttocks, and the center lists triceps and thighs as other areas that may benefit. For abdomen and buttocks, clinical studies used 30-minute sessions twice a week for two weeks, four treatments in total, and maintenance is typically one treatment every three to six months.

Laser hair removal uses the Candela GentleMax laser and can treat the underarms, face, neck, back, legs, shoulders, bikini line and head. It typically requires at least six sessions, four weeks apart, and an onsite physician oversees laser treatments. Clients taking medications that cause photosensitivity should tell the physician before treatment. Botox and Dysport each take about ten minutes and need no anesthetic. Patients are not treated if they are pregnant or breastfeeding, have had these treatments within the past three months, or are allergic to eggs. A one-week follow-up is included, and the center says Botox results usually last up to four months. Patients are advised to avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory drugs before treatment. Microneedling uses automated Micro Pen equipment with sterile, single-use surgical grade needle tips, and it can be combined with topical PRP (platelet rich plasma).

Payment plans are available, along with CareCredit financing. Cherry plans offer 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, with no hard credit checks and approvals up to $50,000. Appointments can be booked online through the website booking button, or by phone or email.
