The menu is grouped into facials, laser work, injectables and fillers, and memberships. Facial options range from a European mini teen facial and a European facial to HydraFacial, OxyGeneo, acne and anti-aging facials, and image microdermabrasion. Laser services include IPL for hands, face, neck, chest and arms, FRAX 1550 resurfacing, skin tightening, touch-up sessions, and body hair removal with the Candela GentleMax. Medical treatments include Dysport and Letybo by area, Botox for a few concern areas, Restylane and Sculptra Aesthetic, and an HCG 25-day diet program. All injections are personally performed by a medical doctor.

A visit often starts with a skin analysis. VISIA imaging can be used to design a plan for each client and to compare results over time. Each facial follows the same sequence of skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, massage and a treatment mask. The spa recommends facials monthly or at least four times a year.

Pricing is posted for most services, and the spa says transparent, fair pricing is a core value. Laser hair removal and skin care memberships have no commitment and can be frozen or cancelled. Gift certificates and financing are available, along with retail skin care products.
