About

Westlake Medical Aesthetics works out of a private office off Highway 114 in Westlake, with parking at the door. Clients from across the Dallas-Fort Worth area book here, and English and Spanish are spoken. The practice is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. It is one of three sister practices under the same leadership: Stone Surgical Arts handles surgery, and Stone Dental Implant Center handles dental implants and smile makeovers.

A first visit starts with a consultation, which can be held in person or by video. The provider asks about your goals, reviews your medical history, looks at your skin and gives an exact written quote before anything is done. The consultation carries no obligation: you leave with a written plan and decide whether to start that day. After an in-person assessment, a patient who wants to go ahead can often be treated the same day. The practice describes its treatments as well established and, in trained hands, low in risk of side effects, and says risks are covered at the consultation.

The injectable menu includes Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers and Sculptra. Botox and Xeomin are short visits with no downtime, and Dysport is noted for spreading a little further, which can suit larger areas such as the forehead. Dermal fillers restore volume to the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eyes, and hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if needed. Skin rejuvenation covers Morpheus8, which combines radiofrequency with fine microneedles, chemical peels from light to deeper strengths, and SkinPen microneedling. Facials include a HydraFacial in several versions, dermaplaning and targeted Skin Boosters. PRP and hair restoration use platelet-rich plasma made from a small blood draw of the patient's own blood.

The Aesthetic and Wellness Membership costs $149 a month and includes one complimentary facial each month, 10% off treatments and skincare, and access to member events and giveaways. It requires a signed agreement with a 90-day minimum commitment, and after that members can cancel with 30 days' notice. Treatment prices are not listed online and depend on the treatment and amount needed. Insurance does not cover cosmetic treatment, and HSA or FSA funds usually cannot be used for it. Payment can be made by credit card or cash at the front desk, or through Cherry, which splits costs into monthly payments after a soft-credit pre-qualification, or CareCredit, which can be applied to a plan such as a Morpheus8 series. Financing is subject to approval by the lender.

Every new patient is assessed by a medical provider before a plan is drawn up, and each plan is shaped around the person's goals and skin, so no two are the same. First treatments are kept conservative, with a check-in at two weeks. Medical spa treatments are provided by licensed medical providers after an assessment, and if a provider believes surgery would give a better result, the patient is referred to Stone Surgical Arts.

Located in a private office just off Highway 114, with parking right outside the entrance.
