Every patient starts with a consultation. The fee is $175 for Texas residents and $250 for patients living out of state. Paying a $100 deposit secures a chosen date, and that deposit is applied toward the treatment fee. The consultation concludes with a written treatment plan and a quoted fee. Patients can book a consultation online via Modento, by phone, or with a request form, and the front desk responds within one business day. A virtual consultation is available on request. A surgery date is held with a deposit, and the remaining balance is payable before the day of the procedure. Published prices include the face; any other areas are quoted separately in the written plan.

For procedures under intravenous sedation, a responsible adult must bring the patient, stay in the office and drive them home, and the patient should not drive or operate machinery for 24 hours afterward. Patients fast for eight hours and stop smoking at least twelve hours before surgery. Follow-up is included and can continue for up to eighteen months. The practice says its published result durations are 10 to 15 years or more for blepharoplasty, up to ten years for a neck lift, and around five years for MyEllevate.

Injectables and skin treatments are delivered by the in-house team under the surgeon's protocols. Memberships are billed monthly: Maintain is $125, Refine is $250 (banking $275), and Sculpt is $500 (banking $575). Members can cancel at any time. Banked credit does not expire while the membership is active and stays available for 90 days after cancellation, but it cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit applies to injectables, skin treatments or surgical fees, and on the Sculpt tier it can transfer to an immediate family member. Financing is offered mainly through Sunbit, with CareCredit and Scratchpay also accepted. Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance; some functional procedures may be, and the surgeon advises on this at consultation. The practice is a preferred provider with major dental and medical carriers where a procedure is covered.

One surgeon assesses, plans, performs and follows up each case, with implants planned in three dimensions to each patient's anatomy rather than chosen from stock sizes.
