Most services take place in a private suite, and the only shared spaces are the barbershop and the room where IV therapy is given. The cold plunge is held between 39 and 50°F and is supervised, with a guide staying with first-time guests; most people stay in for two to four minutes. Red light therapy is a 20-minute full-body panel session, and compression therapy uses boot-based Normatec equipment. A wearable Hyperice X 2 knee wrap cycles between heat and cold while applying compression. The club says the contrast room is its most requested booking.
Facial treatments are performed by licensed estheticians and begin with a skin consultation. The menu covers deep cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, with options including a back facial, a gentlemen's facial, dermaplaning, a chemical peel with LED therapy and an enzyme facial. Because heat and cold can irritate freshly treated skin, the club advises against pairing a facial with the sauna, cold plunge or contrast room.
Licensed medical professionals perform the IV drip and injection services, working with a supervising physician as California law requires. Drip options are Hydrate, Recover, Immune and Glow, and clients can add B-12, extra vitamin C or glutathione. Vitamin shots come in B-12, biotin, vitamin D3 and glutathione, and a typical appointment, including a brief check-in with the medical team, runs about five to 10 minutes.
The barbershop and salon is a five-chair space inside the club, staffed by in-house barbers and stylists. Barbers work on modern fades, tapers and classic cuts with clippers and shears. Color options range from subtle color correction and full color to balayage and full style changes, and professional-grade products are used for cuts, color and styling. A cut usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes, and clients can request a specific barber or stylist when booking. Waxing is handled separately in a private suite by a trained specialist.
Each recovery modality is chosen and maintained to a standard the club says it would expect for itself. Services are offered for general wellness and are not medical treatments, and the club advises checking with a physician before starting a new wellness routine.
