Booking works by appointment only, up to two months ahead, with a waitlist for cancellations and new openings. Clients text when they arrive, and the door stays locked until the esthetician lets them in. Arrivals are held for a 10-minute grace period, after which later arrivals cannot be accommodated. Children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice through Vagaro for a deposit refund; shorter notice is non-refundable and no-shows are charged the full service amount.
