A virtual consultation by Zoom is available beforehand to talk through hair history, challenges and texture goals, and a complimentary 20-minute consult helps both sides judge whether the fit is right.

Signature offerings include the Silk Press, which uses heat rather than chemicals for a smooth, straight finish, and keratin smoothing aimed at reducing frizz and improving manageability rather than producing a fully straight result. Balayage is hand-painted and customized to each client's texture, and gray coverage begins with a formula review focused on the root and regrowth. Scalp treatments use deep-cleaning exfoliation meant to unclog follicles and support circulation, paired with massage and LED light therapy. Bead extensions attach weft segments to small sections of natural hair without glue, heat or adhesive.
