Lynsi 'Elle' Long

Lynsi 'Elle' Long owns Well Now Hair Studio and works there as a hair care therapist. Before moving into hair care during the pandemic, she spent more than a decade as a corporate Learning and Development leader across a range of industries.

She is a Milbon Certified Head Spa Technician and a K18 Certified member of the brand's inaugural cohort. She has more than 20 years of hair care education.

She works with all hair types and textures and makes a point of assessing the scalp and hair first, respecting each client's texture, and not trading hair health for a quick result. She welcomes people looking for a new trusted hair professional as well as those coming to hair care for the first time.
