The studio describes itself that way and works with one guest at a time, so each visit is a private appointment. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm and closed on Sundays.

Looks are customized around each guest's lifestyle, goals and personal taste. The studio says it aims for healthy hair transformations and for keeping clients' hair healthy over the long term. Color services include color correction, double process and free-hand painting with a clay lightener. Guests must disclose any previous chemical history before color or lightening services.

Hair extensions are applied by hand in two-row or three-row applications and come in straight, wavy and curly textures in a range of colors. A consultation is required before extension services are booked. Maintenance appointments every 6 to 10 weeks are recommended, and booking ahead is advised.

Reservations require a valid card on file, and deposits may be requested for some services and applied to the total. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once with proper notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show appointments may be charged up to 50%. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need a modified service or a new time. Unsatisfied guests may contact the studio within 7 days to discuss an adjustment appointment, which is not offered for a change of mind, outside color or chemical services, improper home care, or missed maintenance. Extension purchases are final sale, and client information is kept confidential.
