WEBBeauty is a private salon that books by appointment only. Clients inquire by phone or email, and the salon confirms appointment times within 24 hours of a booking request. Natalie Webb founded the salon and works as its lead stylist.

The salon describes itself as built around personalized beauty experiences for women, and its stated belief is that every person should feel seen, heard and looked after while in the chair. The setting is described as warm and welcoming.

Hair services cover cutting and styling, color, and treatments. A women's haircut and style, fitted to a client's features, lifestyle and personal taste, is $115. Single process color, from root touch-ups to full color refreshes, is $95 and takes about an hour. Highlighting and balayage is $165 and up. Gloss and varnish, a color refresh that adds shine and vibrancy, is $50 and takes about 30 minutes.

Treatments include a deep hydrating mask for moisture, softness and shine at $20 for about 30 minutes, and a keratin treatment starting at $250 that takes about two hours. The keratin service is described as reducing frizz, improving manageability and leaving hair smoother and shinier. The men's haircut, designed for precision and comfort, is $65 and takes about 30 minutes.

The salon also sells its own skin care. FIRM is a face and eye serum at $68, formulated with peptides, cucumber seed extract and chrysin, for the face, eyes, neck and body. NURTURE is a daily moisturizer at $89 with olive oil, vitamin E, royal jelly, reishi and shiitake mushrooms, for the face, neck, decollete, hands and body. The two are sold together as The Bundle for $135, compared with $148 when bought separately, and are used morning and night, FIRM first and then NURTURE. A dry volume spray called F'ing Huge is also available at $34.

The salon is built on the idea that each client should feel seen, heard and cared for while in the chair, with a private, by-appointment-only format.
