The menu is grouped into braids, sew-ins, miracle knots, kids styles, touch-ups and add-ons. Braid styles include knotless, boho, box, twist, faux locs, layered and feed-in options, and knotless and traditional boho styles are priced for a standard length of lower back. Prices are starting points; time and cost rise with length, density and bundle count. Sew-in and miracle knot pricing depends on the length and number of bundles chosen. Kids services are offered for children from about age 5 up, with a natural hair collection recommended for ages 5 to 12.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of $25, $50 or $100, which is applied to the total. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 3 PM, and Wednesday through Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM; the business is closed on Sundays.
Clients get a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled if a client is more than 30 minutes late. A no-call, no-show means no future appointment is booked. Hair should be clean, detangled and blow-dried before arrival. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved in advance. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and shorter notice incurs a fee of 20% of the total service cost. Refunds are not given, but issues can be reported within 48 hours for correction. The business describes itself as luxury hair with an exceptional experience.
Each booking is built around the individual client, with personalized designs and attention to the condition of the client's natural hair.
