The company serves private parties, corporate events, festivals, school events and community events. Artists travel to events in Los Angeles, nationwide and across Southern California, including nearby areas such as La Canada Flintridge, Pasadena, Altadena, San Marino, Burbank, Beverly Hills, Glendale, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Tujunga, Van Nuys, Westwood and Woodland Hills. The party types listed include birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations, tradeshows, school dances, carnivals, fairs, sporting events, reunions, baby showers and bridal showers.

At an event, clients are offered a makeup chair for guests and, when needed, a 4 to 6 foot table. Face painters average 10 to 15 faces per hour, and most designs take 3 to 5 minutes. For large events a word menu or picture board helps guests choose quickly. Designs can be tailored to an event theme or logo if supplied a few days before the event.

Booking requires a nonrefundable retainer, which is deducted from the total and can be paid by PayPal or Venmo. For private events the remaining balance is due on the day, by cash, PayPal or Venmo. Rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the event, while cancellations within 7 days forfeit the retainer. Reserving early is advised, since weekends and holidays fill quickly. Artists hold individual insurance and can sign an NDA on request. Outdoor painting is not done in rain or extreme temperatures, and the work moves indoors to a controlled climate instead; clients should provide shade or cover for outdoor events.

Designs are kept quick to apply, and custom themes or logos can be worked in when supplied a few days ahead, using water-based paints.
